Our prints are printed on a laserjet printer on premium presentation paper. (We can also print them on matte photo paper. If you would like your print this way please request this at time of check out.) Custom prints are first packaged in a plastic sleeve and then placed in a heavy cardboard envelope for protection before framing. It will ship flat, not rolled! In order for us to import your picture you will need to email your photo or photos in a JPEG file format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI-860w x 600h pixels to jenny@alittleloveandbeyond Please send your name and be specific as to what design number and name that you purchased. Because each print is custom made it will take 2-3 business days to process. We ship USPS 1st Class mail, so delivery time is 2-5 business days. *We can not take responsibility for the print quality of low resolution photos. Also, by sending us your picture you agree that you are either the copyright holder or have permission from the copyright holder to use the picture.
